A Nail Education to Empower Your Future

Whether you love creating nail art, giving manicures, or helping others get the look they want on their nails, we can help you take your passion to a new level. Our 400-hour nail tech program helps students learn all about nails and nail design in a supportive, hands-on learning environment. Licensed instructors directly supervise students as they practice their skills on real clients in the student salon. Because we are an Aveda school, students benefit from the eco-conscious lifestyle of the Aveda way. An education at our beauty school can jumpstart a future career in the beauty industry!

Our teaching approach includes lectures, seminars, guest speakers, and plenty of hands-on experience in the student salon and spa. Students can learn about manicures and pedicures, nail art and design, and other nail tech-related subjects from licensed instructors as well as guest artists. We are committed to offering a wealth of extracurricular opportunities to our students, which include networking with local beauty professionals and visiting local beauty employers.

We believe that nail technicians learn best when they are doing things with their hands. This is why we allow students to work in the student salon as soon as possible after the classroom work is over. Students put their new knowledge and skills to work by providing nail treatments to real salon guests while under the direct supervision of our licensed instructors. Students use salon-quality brands in the classrooms and student salon, such as Gelish and Morgan Taylor. They can start compiling and organizing their portfolios of nail art, which is great preparation for their next job interview.

While they are learning in our nail technology program, students are also building their own book of business by growing a consistent guest count that they can take with them after graduation. The business of beauty is built into our nail tech curriculum, preparing students for the real world as a professional nail technician.
