Nail art is where creativity meets craft. At the nail school at our Aveda Institute – Boise and Aveda Institute – Twin Falls campuses, you’ll learn both.
Our nail tech program gives you hands-on training with salon-quality products in a real student salon, guided by licensed instructors. In as few as six and a half months, you could be career-ready.
You’ll also build a professional portfolio along the way. Ready to see it for yourself? Schedule a tour and start your enrollment journey today.
Your nail tech license is just the beginning.
Our program prepares you to sit for the Idaho state licensing exam, but what comes after is up to you! Work in a nail salon, day spa, or luxury resort. Manage or open your own nail art studio. Teach the next generation of nail techs. Build a following as a beauty influencer, or represent the professional brands you already love in sales or as an influencer.
Nail technology is one of the most creative, versatile careers in the beauty industry. If you have the drive, there’s no shortage of places this career training can take you.
The Aveda brand was built on a belief that has guided it since 1978: that beauty and environmental responsibility go together. When you train at an Aveda Institute, that belief shapes everything: how you learn, how you practice, and how you treat every client who sits down in your chair.
Aveda’s mission is to care for the world, from the products it creates to the ways it invests in communities. As a student, you carry that mission forward. You’ll learn nail services that minimize waste, prioritize eco-conscious practices, and honor both the person in front of you and the planet beneath your feet.
The Aveda way extends well past graduation. As an Aveda-trained professional, you become part of a worldwide community of beauty practitioners — connected by shared values and a drive to do beauty with intention, care, and purpose.
