As a Campus Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of our students and maintaining the excellence of our institution.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Comfort working collaboratively across various business units.
- Salon industry experience is highly preferred.
- Previous Cosmetology teaching experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Operational management is a bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership, development, and guidance to all staff members, ensuring a supportive school culture that fosters student success.
- Play a pivotal role in the hiring, management, training, coaching, development, and motivation of all school staff.
- Work closely with students to enhance their educational experience by offering guidance on academic requirements and connecting them with appropriate resources for addressing educational and personal challenges.
- Efficiently manage school operations to achieve enrollment goals, key performance metrics, and optimal student outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies, including the Department of Education, Cosmetology State Licensing agencies, NACCAS, DOL, and EEOC.
- Establish and uphold business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Oversee day-to-day business functions.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and refine operational processes. • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Manage the budget to align with the business’s goals.
