7 Halloween Eye Makeup Looks for 2020
This Halloween season may look a little different. While staying safe is a top priority to stop the spread of COVID-19, practicing your Halloween and creative makeup skills don’t have to be sacrificed! If you do decide to go out, we want to remind you to keep your distance and wear a mask with your Halloween look. Here are seven Halloween eye makeup looks that can inspire you to create and share your own amazing looks.
Melting Makeup Look

This makeup gives us all the Kylie Cosmetics vibes with the melting look! This unique and creative makeup uses paint and well as makeup to create the effect of makeup washing off your face. The only thing that is different from your regular makeup routine is adding the white areas with a small brush and white face makeup.
Euphoria-Inspired Look
Did you watch the 2020 Emmy Awards? Zendaya won the best lead actress for her part in the drama, Euphoria on HBO. Last year everyone was talking about the rad, glittery looks on this show! What we love about these looks is that they’re catered to the eye and aren’t specific Halloween looks but can be worn whenever you’re feeling a little more creative. These amazing looks are perfect to wear whenever and wherever you would like even with a mask!
Nature Look

If you’re a lover of nature and healthy living, we suggest tapping into your wild side and experiment with some scenery looks! Here is a list of some ideas to try:
- Northern lights
- Head in the clouds
- Electric storm
- Fall
- Mountain-scape
- Beach
Queen Bee
Are you passionate about saving the bees? Tap into what’s important to you and create an amazing look inspired by them! Experiment with anything that comes to your mind. We’re talking bees, honeycombs, and/or hives. Honey could even be a rad choice, though it could get a little messy so make sure you have an old towel or some newspaper to prevent any accidents.
Mermaid
Perfect the classic mermaid look and give it your own little twist! We suggest using some fishnets to get the “scaley” look with some eyeshadow (we suggest purples, blues, and pinks), some highlighter, and some glitter or rhinestones. We can’t wait to see your amazing mermaid look!
Spider Look
If you’re wanting to tap into your spooky side, try a fun 3D spider look! For this tutorial, all you’ll need is black and white eyeliner to draw the spider(s) on along with whatever palette you want to use for a smokey eye underneath.
Two-Faced Double Vision Look

Ready to take your makeup skills to the next level? This trippy two-face look will definitely put your makeup and drawing skills to the test. The main tools you’ll need are eyeliner, brow pomade, highlighter, a white pencil, and concealer. To make it look as real as possible, include some false lashes as well!
